Based in North County San Diego, Tower 23 IT provides IT support and consulting services to medium sized businesses with an emphasis in the medical, legal and finance industries in San Diego, Phoenix and Tucson.
This position focuses on operations, project management and accounting in a fast-paced environment, which will require you to be highly organized and communicate effectively with clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years job-related experience in IT, experience with CRM and possess a college level education. Preference will be given to non-smoking candidates.

Under the general supervision of the IT Services Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of administrative and operational duties related to the IT Service Delivery areas including; projects, accounting, application management tools, standard operating procedures, and training. This person must have the ability to quickly respond to shifting priorities and be comfortable working in a constantly changing environment.
• Project Services
o Coordinate and manage all projects utilizing our CRM project management tool
o Communicate with client regarding project status updates and scheduling
o Oversee the ordering and implementation of software and hardware
o Ensure all project equipment, software, licenses and extended warranties are tracked and inventoried
o Maintain paper and electronic project documentation
o CRM Administrator
o Create and update existing standard operation procedures and training
o Create and update existing forms and checklists
o Maintain and update T23IT Staff schedules and phone list
o Schedule recurring client-facing visits
o Quickly adjust schedules due to changes in priority
o Create and send out invoices for billable service orders, hardware requests, projects, monthly support agreements
o Enter and process vendor and supplier bills along with check-run
o Prepare Scorecard and KPI Reports
o Prepare Quarterly Equipment Margin Bonus Spreadsheet
• Recommend changes to increase company and departmental efficiency and effectiveness
This position requires the knowledge of: project management methodologies, scheduling, customer service, general accounting principles, QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, Project Management and CRM software. Knowledge of managed service industry and IT technologies preferred.
• Two (2) years of job-related experience
• Associates Degree in a related field
• The ability to read and write English
• Valid driver’s license
